Danesfort claimed the Kilkenny Citroen Centre Minor 'A' football title on Sunday seeing off Kilmoganny on a scoreline of 2-6 to 2-5. Our picture shows team captain Peter Donohue being preseted with the cup by John Byrne.
Hard luck to Tullogher Rosbercon who lost out to Dundalk Young Irelands by seven points yesterday, exiting the Leinster JFC as a result. Tullogher secured a place in the semi-final having overcome the Wexford champions Naomh Eanna in the round 1 contest.

Roinn A Final
In what was a lively affair James Stephens and Graigue-Ballycallan played out a pulsating match in the inaugural Duggan Steel U-13 Roinn A County Final at Bennetsbridge which saw the Kilmanagh men gain revenge for the replayed league final defeat.
Roinn B Final
Clara claimed a 2-13 to 0-12 victory over the Rower Inistioge on Saturday to pick up the Duggan Steel U-13 Roinn B title.
Roinn C Final
Graignamanagh were the winners of the first Roinn C County Championship final. It was again a thrilling game in which both Graignamanagh and St Patrick's gave their all and can be very proud of their efforts.

Graignamanagh won the U-13 roinn 'C' league after a titanic struggle against St Patrick's, Ballyragget. It took extra time in the replay to separate these two very evenly matched teams. Graignamanagh looked likely to run out winners in normal time when they ran up a four point lead with 3 mins left but the northeners finished strongly and a late goal and point ensured the game went to extra time. A goal by Graignamanagh sub Mike Hoban in the first half proved to to be the crucial score of the extra time as the Barrowsiders ran out winners after a thriller on a scoreline of Graignamanagh 1-17 to St Patricks 3-9.
Dicksboro captured the first ever U-15 Duggan Steel Roinn A Hurling Championship final where a dazzzling display of attacking hurling saw them overcome a plucky Thomastown side at a well appointed Danesfort. Click below for full match report and photos.
