Kilkenny qualified for the All Ireland Intermediate Final and on the way made it a hat trick of Leinster titles for Kilkenny over the past two weeks. The Intermediates were comprehensive winners in this tie and never looked in danger. They now go on to meet Cork in the A|ll Ireland Final in the new Pairc Ui Chaoimh on Sunday 23rd as a curtain raiser to the Waterford v Wexford Senior Quarter-Final.

Kilkenny Intermediates will be trying to make it a hat trick of Leinster titles when they take on Wexford in the Leinster Intermediate Final in Nowlan Park this Wednesday evening. Throw In is at 7.30pm.
KIlkenny are defending Leinster and All Ireland Champions at this grade and are fielding a completely new squad for the 2017 championship.
Admission to the game will be €10 for adults, €5 for Pensioners & Students while under 16's will be free.

Kilkenny play Wexford in the Leinster Intermediate Hurling Final in Innovate Wexford Park this evening (Wednesday 13th July) at 7.30pm. Kilkenny will be hoping to win a title they last held in 2013. Best wishes to Pat O'Grady and his team.

Wexford Intermediates completed a great week for the county when they accounted for Kilkenny in the leinster Intermediate Hurling Final in Nowlan Park on Wednesday evening. Wexford were 1-4 to 0-0 up after only seven minutes and maintained that seven point lead to the interval (1-8 to 0-4). Kilkenny made three changes at half time and hit seven unanswered points to draw level at the three quarter mark. They were still level entering the final 10 minutes (1-9 to 0-12) when Redmond Barry found the net for the crucial Wexford score. Following the excitement of the Wexford v Waterford Senior Qualifier on Saturday evening Wexford return to Nowlan Park this Wednesday evening to take on Kilkenny in the Leinster Intermediate Final.
Throw In is at 7.30 and patrons are asked to note that admission will be to Ardan de Gras(New Stand) from Hebron Road only. This is due to the fact that work has commenced on the re-roofing of Old Stand.
Admission: Adults €10 Students/Pensioners €5 Under 16's Free
Due to a number of injury concerns the Kilkenny Team will not be announced until Wednesday evening.
