Kilkenny GAA Coaching Workshops Saturday April 7th

Kilkenny GAA Coaching Workshops take place in Wallslogh Sports Arena on the Bennetsbridge Road on Saturday 7th April.
Starting with Primary Schools and U6 to U12 Club Coaches from 9.00 to 10.30 the agenda is Fundamentals and Advanced Drills.
This is followed from 11.30 to 13.00 with Training Seccions for U14 to U18 Club Coaches and Development Squad Coaches. The Topics include Speed Work using ladders and Hurdles, Age appropiate Weight exercises and Games related activities. There is No Fee for the sessions
